We mobilise local and international volunteers to expand access to education, improve healthcare and uplift living standards in Kenya's underserved communities.
Three pillars of change — rooted in community needs, powered by volunteers.
Improving learning environments, providing resources, and fostering mentorship for students in under-resourced schools across Kenya.
Delivering medical outreach, including medical camps, therapy programmes, infrastructure improvements, and promoting preventive care in communities with limited healthcare access.
Supporting vocational training, women's financial independence, and income-generating initiatives for marginalized communities.
Volunteer Connect Kenya Foundation is a registered non-profit committed to reducing social and economic inequalities in Kenya. We mobilise the skills, passion, and energy of volunteers — local and international — to create lasting change.
"To empower marginalised communities by mobilizing volunteers to enhance access to quality education, healthcare, and poverty eradication."
"A world where every child and community has the resources, support, and opportunities to thrive."
Driven by a shared passion for community, our founders bring together expertise in education, healthcare, and international cooperation.

"Volunteering with Volunteer Connect was the most meaningful experience of my life. I saw firsthand how small acts of service can completely transform a child's future."
"Your kindness has brought immense relief and hope to our children and the entire school community. Thank you once again for your continued love and support. You are true friends and partners in our mission to uplift and empower vulnerable learners."
"The medical camp at Shariani Primary School changed the way I view medicine and people. It reminded me that medicine is not just about diagnosing and treating illness, but also about showing up for people with compassion and care."
"The experience left me both grateful and challenged — grateful for the opportunity to make even a small impact, and challenged to become a doctor who cares for people more intentionally and delicately. It also sparked a deeper desire in me to be part of more projects that create social impact within communities. One of the parts I appreciated most was getting the opportunity to document the experience through footage from the teaching sessions and the medical camp. Being able to share those moments with a wider audience on social media was really special to me because it showed the beauty and impact of simply touching lives and serving people wholeheartedly."
